Our FoxCub Academy (ages 4 - 9 generally) train at Beckett Park or Kilbogget Park every Saturday morning. We start at 09.45 and finish around 11.15 The girls will learn fundamental movement skills in a safe and fun-filled safe environment with our fully qualified and Garda-vetted coaches. The Academy operates at the Cherrywood all weather pitch Beckett Park in Autumn and Winter and switches to the main pitch in Kilbogget Park later in the Spring and Summer.

Our Junior Academy is an excellent introduction for beginners, and we encourage parents to bring down their 3 and 4 year olds as we like to get them involved too! Our Under8 Go Games team also prepares the girls over a 12 month period for semi-competitive football which now begins at the under 8 age level. Girls in this group will play mini-blitzes and friendlies, and when there are no games scheduled on the Saturday they instead train down at the park. 

Please remember to register at the registration desk at 09.45 before coming out onto the field; each age group is designated a different colour bib, from blues through to greens. We aim to start each session at 10.00 sharp. 

Don't forget your bottle of water, runners or football boots and dress for the weather -for example in February to March please dress up warm with hat and gloves as it it can be still quite cold. Each week you'll find information and updates about the Academy on our Clubzap chat group, or via the club social media channels, as throughout the year we shall be running different types of events and training sessions. You are most welcome to get involved and help each Saturday, as we are always on the lookout for new parents to join our Academy team.
