Sinead Goldrick wins award 

Congratulations to Sinead Goldrick who won "Players' Player of the Year" as nominated by her fellow Dublin Senior Squad Players. Sinead was presented with the award at the county board Gala night last Friday night at the Lucan Clarion.  Sinead was delighted to win the award and the fact that she was nominated by her fellow players made this extra special. Sinead, as you know, was nominated for an All Star  but as is usually the case it is the two teams that get to the final (Cork and Monaghan) receive the bulk of the awards and we am in no doubt that Sinead will pick up the award in the next few years.We wish Sinead and her fellow Dublin county Players, Amy Connolly and Amy Ring all the best for the 2012 season.

 Also at the Gala night, the club picked up an award for "club of the year" in the over 300 members category. Denise Connor and Derek McArdle accepted the award on behalf of the club.
